These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CMzon’s services (“Service”), which leverage WhatsApp Cloud Business API, chatbot automation, broadcasting, and customer engagement solutions.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Service.


1. Definitions

  • CMzon: The brand providing WhatsApp API services and automation tools.
  • Service: CMzon’s WhatsApp API, chatbot, broadcast, phonebook, and agent management solutions.
  • User: Any individual or business entity using CMzon’s Service.
  • Meta: Refers to Facebook (Meta Platforms, Inc.) and its WhatsApp Cloud Business API.
  • Client Data: Any information, messages, contacts, or media provided by the User through CMzon.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CMzon Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any additional guidelines and future modifications. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.


3. Registration and Account Management

3.1 Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent your business.

3.2 Account Creation

  • To use CMzon, you must create an account with accurate and complete information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.3 Account Suspension

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, Meta’s policies, or misuse of the Service.

4. Use of WhatsApp Cloud Business API

CMzon operates in compliance with WhatsApp Cloud Business API provided by Meta. By using CMzon, you agree to comply with Meta’s policies, including:

4.1 Key Rules

  • Prohibited Content: No sending of spam, deceptive messages, illegal content, or violating user privacy.
  • User Consent: Obtain proper consent before messaging any recipient.
  • Personal Data Protection: Comply with all applicable data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Violation of these policies may result in the suspension of your WhatsApp Business Account and CMzon Service.


5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Compliance

  • Users are responsible for ensuring their use of CMzon complies with applicable laws, Meta’s policies, and these Terms.

5.2 Content

  • Users are solely responsible for the content sent via CMzon, including messages, images, and media.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

  • Sending spam or bulk messages without consent.
  • Using CMzon for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
  • Sharing sensitive data without proper encryption or security measures.

6. Data Privacy & Security

6.1 Data Ownership

  • Users retain ownership of their Client Data. CMzon acts as a processor, handling data as instructed by the User.

6.2 Data Protection

  • CMzon follows strict security measures to protect data. However, Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account.

6.3 Compliance

  • CMzon complies with data privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA.

6.4 Data Sharing

  • We do not share Client Data with third parties unless required by law or for Service functionality.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Pricing

  • CMzon’s pricing plans are listed on cmzon.com. All fees are non-refundable unless specified.

7.2 Payment Methods

  • Payments are processed through company-owned accounts managed by CMzon’s authorized executives.

7.3 Late Payments

  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

7.4 Taxes

  • Users are responsible for any applicable taxes.

8. Refund Policy

8.1 No Refund Policy

  • Once a subscription is active, no refund will be provided. Users are responsible for ensuring they comply with CMzon’s policies before making a payment.

8.2 Setup Fee Refund

  • If our team fails to complete the setup within 5 to 7 business days, users may request a refund for the setup fee.

8.3 Account Termination Due to Violation

  • If your account is terminated due to a violation of these Terms or Meta’s policies, no refund will be issued. On user request there subscription will be paused.

8.4 Number Ban Policy

  • If your WhatsApp number is banned due to a violation of Meta’s policies or banned by Meta for any reason, CMzon will not refund the subscription fee. CMzon strictly follows Meta’s policies, and users are responsible for ensuring compliance.

8.5 Additional Costs and Penalties

  • If Meta imposes additional costs, fines, or penalties due to violations, market changes, or policy breaches, the User is solely responsible for covering these costs.
  • Failure to pay these additional costs may result in account suspension.

8.6 Refund Processing

  • Eligible refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership

  • All trademarks, logos, and content associated with CMzon are the property of the Company.

9.2 License

  • We grant Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

9.3 Restrictions

  • You may not copy, distribute, or modify CMzon’s software or materials.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by User

  • You may terminate your account at any time.

10.2 Termination by CMzon

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or Meta’s policies.

10.3 Effect of Termination

  • Upon termination, access to the Service will be revoked, and data may be deleted.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.

12. Changes to Terms

  • CMzon reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
  • Users will be notified of significant changes.
  • Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
